I had been looking for a club for a while when I found Aiki Shotokan Karate. I had tried quite a few other clubs in the Chelmsford area but none of them offered the realistic approach and self defence I was looking for. Right from the start I was welcomed with open arms and the quality of teaching and real world perspective made me feel I’d found the right teacher. I find every class offers something different and I never get bored. The club is so friendly and I’ve made some great mates in the relatively short time I’ve trained with them. Even though we train seriously we always find laughter.
